Here at Bomb Report, we are passionate about all things film and box-office-related. We love a good story and we love numbers! If you have something to say and would like to provide unique and useful content for our readers, we’d love to hear from you!

Guidelines:

If pitching us an idea:

We welcome your ideas, and it gives us an opportunity to ensure that the material would be a good fit for our site. Please include the following:

  • The suggested post title or headline
  • A short summary and a bullet list of key points that the post will cover
  • Include an author bio, with links to any existing published work
  • If accepted, you will be asked to provide a full draft usually within 7 days
  • We do not guarantee that we will post any idea until the full draft has been received and approved by our editors
  • We may modify the post in line with our editorial guidelines

If submitting a full draft:

If you already have a piece you would like us to consider, then please go ahead and send it over. There is no need to check with us first, and we will acknowledge receipt of all drafts by email. Here’s how to do it:

  • Include a post title, headline
  • Provide a short summary of the post and why you think it is relevant
  • The target word count should be 600-1,200 words
  • Include an author bio, with links to any existing published work
  • Please note that we DO NOT accept commercialized content and any backlinks included in the post should be from authoritative sources and in support of the narrative only
  • It goes without saying that the content must be original and by the author who is being credited. We check all potential posts for plagiarism.
  • You can send your submission in most popular formats; we prefer a Word/Google Docs attachment
  • Please note that receiving a draft is in no way a guarantee that we will post it on the website. All drafts are approved by our editorial team first.
  • We may modify the post in line with our editorial guidelines
